Pug Hugs, Inc. is a Wisconsin and Illinois based not-for-profit 501(c)3 animal rescue organized under the laws of the State of Wisconsin, dedicated to rescuing unwanted, abused, neglected, abandoned, and relinquished pugs and placing them into new forever homes. Pug Hugs operates through a network of volunteers, sustaining itself through fundraising efforts, including Milwaukee Pug Fest, as well as generous financial support of private individuals and commercial entities.
Pugs who are adopted through Pugs Hugs Rescue have been examined by a veterinarian, neutered or spayed, vaccinated and are on heartworm preventative. The pug may have had other medical procedures or surgery while in our care. Our Rescue will disclose any medical conditions which we know about prior to the adoption. Sometimes very little is known about the previous care or treatment, we cannot guarantee the health of our rescued pugs.
